Restore your subscription

Open Crispen → Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Cancel your subscription

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Crispen → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A recipe didn't import

Crispen reads the recipe from the post's caption or description, and from what's said in TikTok and YouTube videos. If the post doesn't include the recipe, or is private, Crispen can't import it.
